All prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotations remain valid for 30 days after which time will need to be renegotiated.
Terms of payment
Account holders: Payment of orders or contract work shall be strictly 7 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed by The Stone Doctor.
No statements are issued; all invoices are to be paid upon receipt of invoice.
Consumers: Contract work shall be paid in full upon completion of job. Orders will be despatched upon receipt of payment.
Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by The Stone Doctor in recovering any invoiced amount, including debt collection agency fees and solicitors cost shall be paid by the customer.
Returns
All returned goods are subject to inspection by The Stone Doctor to insure they have not been used prior to processing a credit. If these requirements are not met The Stone Doctor reserves the right not to offer an exchange/credit/refund for change of mind returns.
Any accessories and manuals that were included with the item must be returned with the product.
Any shortage or differences in orders delivered will need to be advised to the stone doctor within 24 hours of receipt.
The responsibility and costs of returning goods to The Stone Doctor for return and/or credit are solely that of the customer.
Returns - Damages/Faulty Goods
All returned goods are subject to inspection by The Stone Doctor to insure they have not been misused prior to repair or replacement. Goods returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited.
Operating Difficulties
If you are experiencing operating difficulties with electrical machinery, contact the Stone Doctor. Many operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice.
